He turned away from the she-cat. His belly was starting to grumble, so this would actually serve more than one purpose. He started sniffing for some groundhogs nearby.

Blast it, no groundhogs. Growling a little, he started sniffing around for some mice instead.

Even the blasted mice were nowhere to be found?! This was already getting ridiculous! Sighing, he started sniffing around for some Hamsters.

/Finally/! He stared right at the Hamster, crept toward it, wiggled his hindend a little bit, and then pounced at it, claws slashing down!
(Auto kill, due to ATK being higher than the Hamster's EVA)
And, he got it. He voraciously gobbled down the dead rodent, then looked back at his new pupil. "Alright, now, are you ready to try for yourself?"1-100·1-100·1-100
Lana watched the tom with careful eyes. He seemed to struggle to find prey at first, but when he caught sight of his prey he performed marvelously. His movements were fluent and well done. Lana felt she had well informed on how her body should move and felt it was time to try.

Lana caught sight of a mouse. Crouching low to the ground, copying Hawk's moves, she slowly inched towards the small brown prey.

Trapping the mouse under her paws, she sank her small claws deep into its flesh. Biting on the neck, she waited till it stopped struggling and then raised her head. Turning towards Hawk she smiled and waited for a response on how she did.
Glancing back at the mouse she felt her mouth begin to water. She recalled the time she was at the abandoned nest and ate one. It was alright the fist time, but now she somewhat craved it. Lowering her head she gulped down the mouse and licked the blood from her muzzle. The taste was definitely better the second time then the first.
