As soon as Shadestorm stood up and seemed ready to make her announcement, a bit of worry leaked into the thin tom's eyes. "Don't you think we should wait for the others to get back?" He asked, though he couldn't help but come closer to her as he spoke, giving her a careful lick on her fluffy ear.
If it wasn't clear before that they were a closer pair than before, than his actions were certainly better than any sort of marking he could make.
“Oh Nothing. I was um...just smelling the freshkill pile"
Lionstrike watched Nightmoon stammer to his question, and offered a confused smile. Both her and Yarrowfang were acting weird tonight, he noted. He knew she was acting suspicious, but he wouldn’t press the matter. “Alright, sorry for asking.”
Just a heartbeat later, Molefur and Shadestorm return to camp, the she-cat excitedly telling them they had an announcement. Lionstrike smiled mischievously. “Come on, Molefur. Let us hear what she has to say!”
Nightmoon watched Yarrowfang, she sighed. She smelled FKP. "Yummmmmmmmmmm" she thought. Nightmoon got up and walked over to the fresh kill pile and grabbed a mouse. @gingershadow @yarrowfang @lionstrike
Yarrowfang wasn’t particularly interested in hearing the announcement. It was obvious, anyway. They had each other’s scents all over them, and their closeness basically confirmed it. Yarrowfang was tired. He’d just go to sleep.
The tabby padded towards the warrior’s den as if he were about to go inside, then glanced at the freshkill pile, seeing Gingershadow chew a lizard, and Nightmoon selecting a mouse. His stomach growled. Now that he thought about it, he was hungry.
He walked back over, looking at the pile. If only he had caught that rabbit earlier!
Gingershadow glanced over at Nightmoon, who was currently mooning over Yarrowfang. How immature. She glanced around her, loneliness practically stabbing her in the stomach. Ravenstar was usually the only cat who was genuinely interested in what she had to say, and of course, he was at the gathering. Gingershadow wasn't really the most liked cat in Glenclan, she wasn't even sure she was liked at all. The orange and black she-cat slid outside camp, hoping nobody noticed. She planned to mark the borders, maybe even catch some prey. She didn't even bother asking the two lovebirds to hunt with her. Or anyone for that matter.
"Hey...Yarrowfang" she stammered. Nightmoon looked at Yarrowfang (her crush) her blue eyes looking into his eyes. "Um....would...you...like to...go hunting.. with me?" she asked @yarrowfang
Hearing Nightmoon’s voice, he looked over at her and slumped his shoulders. “Nah, I’ve already hunted a lot and I’m tired.” Picking through the freshkill pile, but not really finding anything he was in the mood for, he then gave it some thought. “Wait…Well, okay. Just for a little while.”

Molefur was nervous - thought he couldn't place exactly why. Perhaps it was excitement more than nervousness, but he had rarely felt excited for anything, recently. He was just, well...new. New to everything - especially with the token closeness to Shadestorm.
Just as quickly though, it seemed like his clanmates were running around, busy with other things.
"Well, should I, um...Should I help you make a nest somewhere? You should be...be comfortable."
Robinpelt pads over to the fresh-kill pile, purring at the sight of a freshly caught mouse. She picks up the furry creature and begins to eat it. She finished her meal, glancing over at a particularly heavy Shadestorm. She was expecting kits wasn't she! How exciting!
Shadestorm looks a little surprised at first as she suggests they should wait before announcing, especially with almost everyone seeming to notice. Buuuuutttttttt, then again, she would like her mom to be there when she made the official announcement. Although, she wasn't sure if she'd be back in time. Anyway, she nods to Molefur's offer to make her a nest. "Alright, guess I better go ahead and head to the nursery..." She starts walking in that direction.
Molefur nodded his head, though he hesitated momentarily as Shadestorm headed off to the nursery. "I'll be right there." He mewed, but let her go off on her own before he ran off to the fresh kill pile. Unfortunately, it seemed like most of the prey there was by far gone past it's good date.
And seeing as they would soon have kits in the nursery, they needed to get rid of it - in case it summoned predators. He took the remainder of the lizard and each individual mouse in turn to bury them outside of dirtplace, before finally coming back and making his way into the Nursery.
Since Nightmoon had already ran out, Yarrowfang followed after her more slowly, looking back at the camp before bounding into the woods. The sky had lightened, and the night was beginning to creep away. He could feel his belly start to rumble once again, and It was about time to bring back some more prey. Great, his work seemed to be never-ending lately. [Exit]

The large tom had been a little disappointed when Shadestorm never made her announcement, but he shrugged. All was well, he supposed. Getting up to his feet, the hefty tomcat had watched Molefur bury the freshkill earlier and grunted out, "I'll restock." Shaking his thick amber fur, he prowled out to hunt and his coat was swallowed by the forest's shadows as he departed. [Exit Lionstrike]
